Refund & Return Policy
At Iron & Bloom, every product is crafted in small batches with intention and care. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for used or opened items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at ironbloom801@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will make it right.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal care items.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
